Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Faherty purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Start Your Return/Exchange Online: Visit our Return Portal and follow the steps to generate a prepaid return label.
  2. Pack Your Items: Place the items in their original packaging, include the order slip, and seal the box securely.
  3. Ship It Back: Attach the prepaid label and drop it off at any UPS location.

Important Details:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked at purchase) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Prefer a different size or color? Select “Exchange” in the return portal, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.

International Returns:
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
